All orders are processed within 2 - 4 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Processing delays may occur during periods of high order volumes.

Shipments are made nationally via USPS to the U.S. and U.S. territories. Please note delivery times are only estimates. Mushy Little Paintings cannot guarantee in-hand delivery dates. Delivery delays may occur. Unfortunately, in the event your order is not delivered on time shipping costs cannot be refunded.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Shipping confirmation and tracking number (when applicable) will be emailed once the order has been shipped.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Mushy Little Paintings is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Mushy Little Paintings is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact USPS to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. Refund and/or reshipments will be handled on a case by case basis. Please see the Contact page to get in touch.
International Shipping Policy
Currently, Mushy Little Paintings only ships within the United States and its territories.
